How important is it for businesses nowadays to have an effective website?

Not all businesses need a website, some just need a Facebook page and other social media profiles. But the ones that has a website really should have a online store instead. If you are selling something people should be able to buy it online, if don’t have a shop on the web you are essentially wasting money and saying "this is our great company, I hope we have peaked your interest in these products, not get off our site and buy the stuff on our competior’s site.

What are your credentials as an online marketing specialist? What is your specialization?

I am a member of Web Design Professionals, Web Design and Developers Association, Interaction Design Association and International Webmaster Association.
I am also a published author, a Google AdWords and Google Analytics certified partner. I have been featured by ABC, CNN, NBC, FOX, Miami Herald, Forbes, The Sun and Examiner.
I specialise in search engine optimization and social media marketing.

What is the right thing to do for a high ranking search and for SEO in 2016?

Update your site by generating new quality content several times a month, make your site mobile friendly and build or buy quality links to your site.

Which is your most commonly given recommendations about mobile-optimised web designs ever since smartphone became the primary means of searching information?

You simply need a responsive website, it has to fit all mobile formats. Also, the site code needs to validate.

What are your fees, pricing guide or charges like for small medium enterprises?

Sometimes I provide free link exchanges and my prices start at about 100$.
